Your New Role:

In your role as the Workforce Administrator, you will work with a small, friendly and supportive team, with a primary focus on supporting stores in payroll and workforce coordination. Your duties will include:

Your Main Duties:

  • First point of contact for stores regarding payroll and work schedule enquiries.
  • Managing payroll reporting to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to solve timesheet discrepancies.
  • Assist in creating and auditing staff schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and policies.

About You:

  • Experience in a similar payroll administration position.
  • Australian Citizenship / Permanent Resident status needed.
  • Intermediate Excel and MS Office.
  • Detail orientated.
